Hope Upon Hope
Pope Francis declared the theme of Jubilee Year 2025 to be “Pilgrims of Hope.” In that same spirit, Redemptorist St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church in Baton Rouge held their annual Messengers of Hope gala fundraiser last Sunday, March 30. All proceeds from the benefit went to support St. Gerard Majella elementary school. The theme of this year’s gala was “Hope Upon Hope.” It was once again hosted by Chef John Folse at the beautiful White Oak Estate and Gardens.
The revival of St. Gerard school is intricately connected to the ongoing revitalization of St. Gerard parish. The Redemptorists wish to thank all those who through their generous contributions are supporting this revitalization.
