Beyond Surviving to Thriving: Messengers of Hope Gala a Success
Fr. Tat Hoang and St. Gerard Catholic School in Baton Rouge are very grateful to the 248 gala attendees at this year’s “Messenger of Hope Gala.” The Gala, held this year on April 2, has now become an annual event. Fr. Tat and all those who support the school felt blessed to meet and greet both faithful sponsors and new supporters alike! Currently, 221 students are enrolled at St. Gerard Catholic School. With the success of this year’s Gala, which brought in more than $102,000, St. Gerard’s goal next year will be 250 students with a 100% graduation rate! We truly hope that all the attendees will share the “Messengers of Hope” message as the Redemptorists continue to strive for the next six years.
